Hello! Yesterday was our 6th month ! <3

Baby surprised me with a Balloon 'bouquet' which was really cute cause I've never really received
balloons as surprises...hahahaha so sad right! But the balloon designs were so nice! Cause I like
Darth Vader and Camo and there was both these balloons made me so happy ^^

Actually made cheeseburgers during the day, but too many pictures so I'll probably upload them later!

Had dinner are Five & Dime, cause we've been wanting to try that out for sometime - mainly because
the exterior looks really nice and whatnot ! However we checked like Hungrygowhere and they didn't have really positive ratings so...

Started with Calamari, which was pretty alright - except that I got a little too enthusiastic about lemons
and squeezed a little too much, then the rings were all sour but thankfully their dip saved the starters.

Ordered Fish & Chips for myself , while the girlfriend got their Cajun Chicken. While the fish was alright, I guess the rest of their fare was mediocre at best. Fries were battered, but slightly tasteless.
They turned pretty cold quick and it became over chewy. I liked the dips though, they complimented
the food really well (or is it because it tastes better). Tried a little of the Cajun Chicken too, and it was
alright to me as well. Girlfriend wasn't so lucky though, she got a bad case of the runs after, found
herself shitting in Ion for 15 minutes hahahaha.

I heard from my friends that they have this salmon thing that is nice, and I haven't tried the pork belly as
well, but its like a may or may not go back to eat there kind of thing. I mean it looks nicely designed on
the exterior, but it's interior leaves much room for additional designs. There's this whole Scandinavian
design feel / aesthetic about it, but perhaps more colors or elements could be added to counteract the
whole hollow look of the restaurant.

Didn't get desserts cause we we're too full then, but also cause we were itchy for something else to eat -
the feeling when you're full but then haven't had enough tastiness.

In comparison, if you haven't tried this - you'll be better off spending your cash on perhaps Wild Honey
at Scotts Square. Cheaper, Tastier and a much more warming ambience within.

My Vincenzovo Italian Ladyfinger's tasted so much better at $4.50. ouch.

xx
