Hello!
Over the weekend baby made Mee Siam which was really nice and tasty! She cooked it herself and
there's like perfect boiled eggs over there hahahahaha so much effort. Esp the sauce cause it takes
so many steps and processes to get it right and it was fab fab. Think everyone kinda agreed that
it was well done. Proud of you baby! hahaha
Bros came over that day so we had fifa (as usual) and then went to vivo for dinner, but not before
wasting time at Toys R Us running around in masks like small kids...and small kids were doing that
too. Hahahahaha
Had dinner at Secret Recipe and all I have to say is...whoever made their recipes should just have
kept them secret cause their food totally sucks...honestly. Idk how they ever fried their Cordon Bleu
cause its skin was hard and chewy and just so wrong. Fries were sub par and I think Carl's Jr just down
the row of shops does a 10 times better job than them anytime. Shepard's Pie was mediocre and nothing
impressive. Okay the thing is i'm not picky about food and I'll eat anything basic (like how economic
rice is my favourite thing) and I'm probably the kindest food critic ever but you can taste bad food when
you eat bad food. I think everyone knows the feeling.
Anyway today I finally went Skating! With Clarence and Amirul joined us later on. very very late on.
So liberating, cruising around gardens by the bay down to town area. and Finally, after weeks of being
sick and delayed meet ups.
Made leather in the afternoon, here's a picture of a coin pouch I made. It's cut from a single piece of
oxblood leather, and polished and waxed. More shots perhaps soon when the online store is done!
The last picture is just my lunch today - something really haphazard cause I didn't know what to cook
so in went two boiled eggs, a japanese cucumber and chunks of char siew. so good!!
